Clickworker questions

Hello friends, I have some doubts about Clickworker UHRS and would be very happy if someone helps me:

1. About Hitapps, the maximum number of times that I can be temporarily blocked is 2?
2. if I get blocked twice, do I need to wait a week to use the hitapp again without running the risk of being blocked permanently? (will my blocks be reset after a week?)
