Bypass PIN Microworker

I have 20$+ in MW and I saw their blog mentioning if you withdraw 20$ through Payoneer or transpay you don't have to enter PIN for my first withdrawal

My question is after getting paid for 20$ Will they ask me PIN again'? If I want to receive payment through PayPal next time?
