Appen Arrow is a hassle

Is it just me or is it very hard to start doing Arrow tasks knowing you have to track time and tasks? Especially when there are tasks for you to do for 5mins, after that a 10min pause, after that another 5min etc..or am I missing something there? Thank you in advance
