SurveySavvy switching to SavvyShares?

Got an email inviting me to switch over to SavvyShares. It's not at all clear what this means. Has anybody done it? Did they transfer your existing SurveySavvy balance? Does it pay out any quicker? I notice I haven't received any SurveySavvy invitations since getting the email.
