Someone told me they got this Amazon GC on Branded Surveys, does anyone know if this is the way the platform sends them?

Tbh I think the GCs I got from this person are very questionable since I received a warning from Amazon when I tried to make a purchase. Seeing how things are, I wouldn't be surprised if I lose my account, but I'm trying to figure out what happened.
