Question for Swagbucks Featured Offers

Hey folks!

So I'm using Swagbucks in Canada and am trying to take on some of the special offers - like reading articles that you have to answer questions on at the end, click through a slideshow and enter responses, etc.

...however, when I click on the offers, a new window opens but the offer doesn't load and the page is blank. I've tried it on Safari and Chrome, and am getting no luck. Anything you folks would suggest? I plan on contacting SB support on Monday, but would love to get a headstart if there is an easy fix I'm overlooking.
