Quantifying hours per week doing mystery shopping assignments for Field Agent.

I need to go into the MN unemployment website and let them know what my earnings were for each week of December. They are not interested in money I made doing surveys, so I will only be letting them know what I made working for Field Agent last month. I know which jobs I did within each week, and what the payout for each was, but unemployment also wants me to quantify in hours how much work I did each week. How do I go about quantifying this? Should I just account for the time spent in each store? Or should I be putting DriveTime in as well? Some days I went to multiple stores doing Field Agent assignments.
