Payoneer withdrawal problem

Hi, I'm from india, Today I received $23 from Appen. But I'm unable to withdraw my money to bank account.. withdrawal option is not showing in my Payoneer account. I have added my bank account before I got paid and it is approved also but when I go to withdraw to bank account it doesn't give me the option to select the account and if I click on it, it only gives me the option to delete the account.. What is the reason? Please anyone help me.
