OneForma and Payoneer: Is it necessary for my Global Payment Service questionnaire to be approved?

Hello. I just started working for OneForma last December and so I made a Payoneer for the sole reason of receiving payments...

I have submitted my tax form on Payoneer for OneForma and got approved.

They have also asked for my valid ID and to fill up the global payment service questionnaire:

My valid ID got approved but my questionnaire is still under review. (Since December 24, 2020)

My question is, is it necessary for this questionnaire to be approved in order to withdraw my OneForma earnings from Payoneer to my bank account? Anyone who worked on OneForma may I ask your experiences?

This is kinda giving me anxiety since I've read a lot of horror stories about payments being held for undisclosed reasons in Payoneer.
