Lionbrige's requalification exam. Confused!

So today completely out of the blue I received an email that I have to qualify the exam again and my account is being suspended. 1. I have never received any indication that my tasks are poor quality. 2. My work hours are pretty consistent except this month since there were literally way too NTAs since January. 3. My TCS was yellow last month but this month it has only been green. Has it happened with anyone before? Please let me know in detail! How long is the Requalification exam (how many hours)? Is it easy to pass? When can we start working again after re qualifying? Please help!
