Issues with GameGleam

Hi folks, I recently started using gamegleam and redeemed some riot points but haven’t received the reward yet. Not sure if this is related, but following my submission of a ticket due to the points not being credited even after the official time window, my account has become useless as I am unable to take surveys or see my rewards in my inventory. I didn’t believe they were a scam, but any thoughts?
