Is it illegal for me to sell my notes from College on StuDocu if I have already graduated?

Hey folks,

I graduated two years ago and I got an ad for StuDocu saying they are taking notes, exams, and essays for my old college.

I have seen some things about undergrads potentially getting in trouble for using this site, but can graduates get in trouble as well? Or should I just try it out?
