Did Anyone Received the Rewards from UPVOICE in this week

Background :- I had redeemed my 600 points for $10 reward on 16 January. On 21 January I received an email from Jerry Smith (Upvoice team) stating that due to technical issue with the reward system the rewards will be issued early next week. Now it’s 29 January and still haven’t heard from them yet and I also dropped an email to their support but nothing from there as well.

So did anyone received the rewards from Upvoice in this week or have faced any similar issue?.
