Clickworker: Account Balance (UHRS Earnings) disappeared

Is anyone else having difficulties? I was very pleased to see this afternoon my account balance from the work put in UHRS was updated, but as I logged back in just now my account balance is gone. Can anyone relate? Is this normal?
