Californians who use Qmee/Respondent/Usertesting/other sites

Some of you may have seen that Qmee is no longer paying those based in California due to a newly passed proposition apparently (you can still do them for free, hurrah!). Has anyone seen this in other platforms? I had a killer month on Respondent in December yet nothing so far in January. I signed up to UserInterviews on the 2nd, nothing so far either. Anyone getting work on these two? I'm still getting my crappy amount on UserTesting lol.
