1099-K from Paypal for beermoney sites

This year, I received a 1099-K from PayPal as a result of earning money from sites like Swagbucks, Prolific, Instagc and qmee. I didn't get one in previous years. I"m not sure if Paypal changed its policies or there is some new IRS rule. I'm curious how many others got one.
