Yougov payout time

Has anyone had success cashing out with yougov recently? This is my first time doing so with them and it's taken almost a year to even reach $100. Their faq/help article says you should get paid in a week. The email I received after submitting said two weeks. Well, that has come and gone already and no reply from their support.
