Surveys On The Go. Why?

After several years, Surveys On The Go deactivated my account for reasons unknown. I just got done telling somebody recently that I loved them because I've never had any issues with them (unlike Quickthoughts for example) despite not getting a ton of surveys all of the time. Anyone else experience this? My son has an account with them on a shared device as well but we've always each had our own account and have never had issues.
