Residential ip/vpn

Hi as bet365 has changed the way they track location for account holders. I can not place bets i have an croatian account but i'm not from croatia.
I asked live chat and they told they only accept residential ip and they said '' u need to be in the same country '' croatia'' to place bets

So i am looking for an android app that is providing residential ip for the country: croatia. There is a desktop residential provider name as ''tuxler'' but they dont have andriod app yet.
