Prolific Account Suspended

I haven't used Prolific in a few months because life got a little hectic. I logged in the other to cash out and check for some new surveys and saw my account was on hold. I've contacted customer service and they informed me that my account has been suspended.

I'm really at a loss as to why my account would be suspended. I've only ever had one survey returned and I've never engaged in any fraudulent or misleading activity on their site. They quoted section 3 at me - providing false information about myself, which I have not done. They sent me section 5 stating my cashouts were fraudulent, which they absolutely were not I have no idea how to even go about doing that. And finally, they send me section 8 which says they'll terminate me for whatever reason they want but I honestly haven't done any of the things listed in there either.

The end of the email said they won't talk to me about this anymore. I'm really frustrated with this and don't know what I could have done here. I've tried to follow up but I doubt they'll respond. Has anyone experienced anything similar and were you able to get it resolved? Do I have any recourse here? I enjoyed completing the surveys and the little bit of side income it provided. Thanks
