Productreportcard Product Tests

I've been a member of Productreportcard for months and they emailed me twice about a product test. One was for toilet paper and one was for a razor. Both tests came Ipsos. Long story short, I received the product but the after use surveys never came. I contacted Ipsos and they said that you have to get the survey from the provider, such as Productreportcard, Swagbucks and so on.

Has anyone had any experience with PRC not sending follow-up surveys? Thanks
