PocketFlip rejecting gift cards ( without refund ) and not answering support.

Hey! I was wondering if anyone else has been having the same issues with PocketFlip, I made about $25 and $10 in Visa cards in about a week ( so I dedicated a lot of time ) and both have been rejected with support not answering for days? Anyone else ever had this problem with PocketFlip? Generally they’re very good with handing rewards and I’ve made multiple gift cards off of them but now I’ve hit a error for the first time ever.
