Is there any resources to learn more about Answer Relevance hitapps on UHRS?

Hello so I tried my first hitapps last night and got kicked out of the project after my spam score reach 0.375, how to git gud at this? I felt the guideline is incomplete and I can't do the training anymore, as it said all hit has been leased.What could I do so I could learn more about this?
