How much time do you spend on surveys?

Hi, I have been doing beermoney and things of that sort. Normally, I use Prolific, Qmee, and Quickthoughs.I usually make $50-$70 a month and spend 20 hours on all the sites together(Most of my money come from Prolific.) . I have been doing these tasks for 4 months. When I look at others report info some people make $700 on Qmee! I normally make $20. I wonder how much time these people use these websites to achieve that much money. I am asking that how much time you spend on any website and how much you make because in the report data they never list there time. Also, I am think of using Mturk also is it a good site or what?
