Fetch rewards keeps giving me an error message when I try to open the app

Whenever I try opening the app, I keep getting an error saying that something went wrong. I haven’t gotten any fraudulent referrals and have been scanning receipts weekly. I have a decent amount of points there too. Is this happening to anyone else? Have I been IP banned or something?
