Fake survey from Sentient on behalf of Facebook Research?

I got an email from them a few weeks ago. I completed the survey and was told I'd get a reward but after a few days passed and I didn't see it I decided to message them. I got an email from them promptly that stated they would send out the reward in a few days. When that didn't come I tried contacting them through their website.

Was this a phishing scam? I think it's possible someone spoofed their email and had me do the survey but I'm not 100% sure.
