At what time does Lucky Money restock gift cards?

When I first installed Lucky Money on my phone, It showed me different gift cards I could reedeem someday, but after scratching some cards, all the gift cards were taken. I've been playing for a few weeks now and I'm about halfway to $5.00 and I'm wondering if I should keep going or uninstal the app and take the L because I haven't seen any gift cards avalible since (Except for a paypal gift card but I don't use paypal)
