Ratings on Course Hero

I'm from the Philippines and I'm new to Course Hero. I just wanted to ask if the helpful rate will affect your work. I have answered 18 questions already in the span of three days and my rate is at 78.57%, some still not rated though. Is that low because I'm worried I'd be banned if it gets lower since it says in the site that the average rate of tutors is 85%. I have 11 helpfuls, 3 unhelpfuls and 5 still not rated.

My expertise is English and Writing and students can rate you unhelpful because there's actually not an exact answer when it comes to these kind of subjects.
