Problems With Honey Gold

Hi

I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with none of their transactions qualifying for Honey Gold. I tried emailing them, but it was of no help. I've made sure to turn off my ad blocker, whitelist it in the blocker too, made sure the purchase qualified, and yet I haven't been able to make a single purchase that granted me Honey Gold across multiple websites. I've tried both Firefox and Google Chrome as well.

I've noticed that every time I activate the offer, another tab of the website opens then closes itself a couple of seconds later. Does that mean anything and does anyone have this same issue? Has anyone found a solution to this?
