Problem redeeming Crowdtap points

Hello

I wanted to ask is anyone else is having trouble redeeming their points for a giftcard? When i click the place order button the loading wheel just spins forever and never completes the request. My account is in good standing so I don't think I've been blocked or anything like that. Tried in a different browser and the same issues happens.
