Not being selected for Dscout missions

Hi everyone. I signed up for Dscout a couple weeks ago. Since then, I have applied to every available mission. I check multiple times a day to make sure I'm applying to as many as I can. It has been a couple weeks and I haven't been selected for a single one. I know they are always looking for specific demographics for each one, but how long did it take you to get your first mission?
