Is a permanent ban on clickworker really a permanent ban?

I was banned from one of the HitApps that I liked to do, I will never achieve something similar and will he stay there for eternity available only to other people?

Or are these HitApps always changed from time to time?

Or do they change the name after a certain number of hits and can I click again?
