Hideout tv points pending

I’ve had a cash out pending since nov 12th. I cannot cash out until this order is no longer pending. I have written to hideout tv twice and still nothing. They said it’s in a manual approval state and it takes 4 business days. It been way over 4 days and it’s still pending. Anyone else have this problem?
