Dscout is worth a try?

Hi I'm kinda new here and i said i will pick 2 websites and i will work on them to make so cash. and then i saw a lot of people say they make good money on dscout and you don't got to be 18 in the us that was a surprise for me that little kids can do it too. Anyways dscout is a good website or app to start??
