Anyone Knows What's Going On Here?

I purchased a subscription upgrade only to find out that the owner was planning on shutting down the site. The upgrade isn't automatic, so I didn't even get to benefit from the upgrade. I asked the owner for either a refund or to activate the upgrade. I never got a response. All this time (over a month) later, this website is still up and running and I wrote in to the admins to try and figure out what's going on and I still haven't heard anything back about anything.
