Questions about SerpClix

I've been using SerpClix for 4 months now and I don't have a problem using it on my PC. I can't use it on other devices though, since all clicks are rejected. I guess that's fine but if I decide to move or get a new PC, will I not be able to use it anymore? Does anyone have any experience with this? They don't have any way to contact them.
