Pepcoin balance issue

I tried adding 3 codes to my Pepcoin account and all of them worked (the 'Scanning Success' message popped up every time), but when I went into the transaction history page I only see 2 payments (0.19$ each) and the 3rd one is missing. If I try re-adding the 3rd code it says that I already added the maximum number of codes per day.

Has anyone experienced this problem too? What could it be related to?
