Neevo audio won't play

So I just got an email from Neevo with a job that pays a good amount of money but unfortunately, the audio doesn't play. Anyone had this issue before? and if you had it, how did you fix it? I actually have had this same job before and did not have any problems. I'm in Mexico btw. The job's name is Mexican-Spanish Pronunciation Validation.
