Leger Opinions Surveys

Pretty sweet, straight forward market research company in Canada. You have to complete a profile and they send you surveys to complete. My experience is that it takes 5-20 minutes to complete a survey. They reward you with points, which then can be redeemed into gift cards and PayPal transfers. 1000 points is $1. I have gotten anywhere from 800 to 2000 points per survey. The surveys you don't qualify for, you get 50 points.

I have signed up for it for about 2 weeks now and already got 11650 points (or about $11.65 Cad).

Ref/Non-ref Transparency: For referral, I earn 1000 points (or $1) for every new sign up and becomes an active panelist.

Edit: This is open to both Canadians and US residents, according to their FAQ - "Only residents of Canada or the United States who have reached the age of legal majority in their province, territory or state when they register can be LEO members."
