I’m looking for a post from a few months ago.

I’m trying to help a friend who is looking for some work from home, and I remember seeing a post about someone who took a job with what was the equivalent of a work from home call center. They were able to pick their shifts on an app on their phone or maybe the website and there were different options for what companies they could answer calls for. Does this ring a bell for anyone that could maybe point me in the right direction? US for reference.
