I Have An Issue With the company WatchLAB
Does anyone have any experience with them? I did an online focus group with them in August. Over Zoom (the norm today). I have still not been paid even though the guy who recruited me said the check would be mailed in 2 weeks (this was 2 weeks ago). I texted him last week and no reply. I then emailed the coordinator this week and he said he would get in touch with accounting and see what is going on. No follow up. Touched base with him today and no reply.
What would be my next recourse of action if the company is not replying to my inquiries about payment? This is their website:
