Having trouble with verifying my identity for verified minds on Testable Minds

I had to use my cell phone to first get my identity verified because my laptop web cam is very poor quality (extremely blurry and overly exposed).

Now I'm unable to take any surveys that require me to verify my identity using my laptop at all. I have zero issues for surveys that allow me to use my cell phone.

What can I do so I can take any survey with out my laptop web cam being an issue?
