Cint panel "400 Bad Request" error

Has anyone started getting "400 Bad Request" errors from cint surveys in the past couple of days? right when I click on certain surveys it just gives me an immediate 400 error, I emailed support and they just sent a generic response saying that I will be credited when the survey ends.... even though I'm not able to start the surveys in the first place.
