Any updates on the Pinecone research situation?

I got the newsletter last week, they said they were supposed to be finished with site maintenance by the 5th of October. During this maintenance period, all of my points I had saved up have disappeared but I attributed this due to the temporary site updating. But now the site seems to be up and running again like normal, however, my points are still missing. Anyone having this issue or is the site working fine for you guys?
