ySense says my brand new account was deactivated

I read about ySense on a blog, so I thought I'd try it out. I created an account and immediately got a message that "this account was deactivated." I contacted support, and when they got back to me, all they said was, "You created an account on 9/18/20 with (my email address and username). Do you remember creating this account?" Um, yeah, of course I remember creating this account! I can't sign in because it says the account was deactivated, and I never got an activation email. When I try to click on "forgot password," I never get an email for that either.
