Pocketflip reward still pending

I purchased a $10 visa on Tuesday and it’s been over 3 days and for some reason it is still pending. They said it usually takes less than 24 hours sometimes up to 48 hours and 3 days on weekends and vacation days but i purchased it on Tuesday which is a day they should be working so I don’t know why I don’t have it now.
