PayPal not working with Opinionworld

I've tried multiple times to redeem my points on opinion world to my paypal account but it just says that my account isn't verified. I messaged paypal and they confirmed that it is verified and I tried emailing opinionworld about it multiple times but they are just saying that I need to verify my account. Anyone know how to sort this out?
