Not getting surveys in SurveyMonkey

So I had this app since July and I kept getting 1-3 surveys per day, each being 25-50 cents each. Occasionally being a dollar and rarely being more. I haven’t gotten a single survey in the past 2-3 days. It may because I accidentally had my vpn on and went in the app. Did I get banned for attempted use of vpn? Or was I just unlucky for the past few days?
