Is Opinion outpost working for you ?

Hello every time I try to click on a survey, I get this page: https://imgur.com/a/KypQPf6 then nothing happens after I click submit. I tried accessing the surveys via my email on a different device and it's still the same issue. Can anyone confirm if this happening to everyone or just me ? It's been like this for 7 hours now.
