If I'm 13 and my brother is 18 and has a verified PayPal account, can I link my Email to his PayPal account without it getting banned?

Yes, I know that you can not make a PayPal if you're under 18, but my brother is 18 and he has a verified PayPal account and so I want to use InstaGC to make some money and InstaGC allows 18 and over and 13 and over with parental permission so I can use it because I'm 13 but even though I made my account I still need to link a verified PayPal account to start using the site, so because I'm 13, if I were to just link my Email to my brother's PayPal and then link the PayPal to my InstaGC account would I not break TOS and would everything be fine with my brother's PayPal account and my InstaGC account?
